DO NOT cook your own shirts! Shirts Thermofit should not be cooked in an oven at home. You lose waves and folders. Take them to a shop and let the guys who have the right equipment to have to do it for you. This is not a "let's try this out:" If you know what you are doing is a very bad idea. Spoil you safely home.

So, what others have said.

Home ovens are not designed to the shape of its coatings heat. Take them in a store. It can cost $ 30, but if you are wrong in your house that you meet who has to leave the $ $ $ to buy new ones. If memory does not work, then they have to replace liners.

This will depend on the brand. Al removal from the oven, it gets very hot and very flexible. You can ask your local bootfitter advice.
