Camping In Poole What Camping Mattress Do You Recommend For Somebody With A Sore Back?

What camping mattress do you recommend for somebody with a sore back? - camping in poole

I'm not talking about RV camping site here. I have a Thermarest and every morning I wake up with pain in my back. Is there anything there that is light and compressible?

I had surgery on the lower back a few years ago and I know what it means to be waking up with back pain.

What is the thickness of your Thermarest?

I use a Ridge Rest sleeping on the floor, then a 25-inch wide, 2 cm thick Thermarest and 25 cm wide and 2.5 cm thick Thermarest it. I sleep very well and can not slip mats.

You acknowledge that you have to sleep in "Thermarest not" on ". Housed in its fully inflated configuration, and let out the air until you feel comfortable.

My 2.5-inch mattress is lighter than 2 cm. 2 inches is the radical camp, which will be to make the warmest blankets.

When the backpack was 2.5 inches and Ridge Rest sleeping mattress.

I have two Ridge Rest sleeping and a 1.5-inch Thermarest been satisfied.

You will not find better than a Thermarest mattress, we have tried to REI, cable, and the rest

Recently, we have hammocks for backpackers in the warmer months. We can take the hammock with a network error and a flybe easier to carry a tent and various pills. I sleep on your back or side in the hammock. If you want to go lighter, you should consider a hammock.

I use a good mattress, Kiddie Pop was a thin mat, closed cell light on it for insulation. If you are on tour, where the nights are cold, can not forget the mat.
Believe me, it's really comfortable and worth the extra weight in the backpack. Be sure to keep a repair kit in case of leakage!
